We are delighted to confirm that you will be able to log back into our Loyalty Website on the 18th September 2018.
To do so you will need to use your current registered email address or your trade account reference number e.g xyz999 followed by the following 8 character randomly
generated password sent to members 17th september 2018:
Please note the password is case sensitive and contains special characters.
Once logged in you will need to accept the terms and conditions of the scheme and to confirm communication preferences.
You will also be required to generate your own memorable password for future log ins.
The scheme is administered for us by A&I Group. Please ensure you add email@example.com to your “safe senders” list to receive emails from them.
If you do not receive a password reset email, please check your junk mail and if you are unable to log in please email or call A&I Group on 01509 410744
Once you are logged in you will be able to see the points you have available to spend and points pending. Points pending relate to invoices which are currently outstanding for settlement.
There is now a wider range of rewards on offer and we will constantly be reviewing both the scheme and the rewards to see how it can work for our customers.
