£ Pay Online

The error is because you entered the £ symbol. Reenter as 99.99 and Click again on “Proceed to Payment”

Our new site has been designed to work on mobile phones, tablets & Ipads as well PC’s and laptops. As long as you are connected to the internet the Pay Online facility can be used using any of these devices. Please ensure you have “Pop Ups” allowed.

No – We use secure payments provided by Sage Pay. But to verify payment allocation you must enter in the “Account code*/ Sales Order Number*” Box – If you are an STS account customer enter your account code e.g. xyz001. Non account customer add the Sales Order Number. Thank you

Payment can be made securely online using Debit/Credit card by STS Account and non account customers. Please ensure you fill in all areas marked with an asterix* before clicking” Proceed to Payment”.

If you are a non account customer when paying by Debit or Credit Card online, delivery can only be to your card accounts registered statement address. If you need any further assistance with paying your account please ring the accounts department on 0345 899 1000 option 2

Payment is due by the 30th of the month following issue of your monthly Statement

Our preferred method of Payment is by Bacs or Faster pay. For our bank details please ring 0345 899 1000 option 2 Accounts. You can also pay online with your debit or credit card see see “£ PAY ONLINE“. Account customers can also send in payment by Cheque.

At our trade Counters we accept Cash, Debit & Credit cards. If you need any further assistance with paying your account please ring the accounts Department on 0345 899 1000 option 2

Customer Area – STS Account Customers

Once logged in to the Customer Area you can request a copy via email. Alternatively you can Ring 0345 899 1000 during working hours to request a copy. Also See STS Price FAQ’S

Once signed in with the automated password, click the Password tab below the STS Logo. Enter your new password in the box In the “Change Password” screen and click “Change Password”

Please click “Create/ Forgotten Password?”. The screen will change to the Send Password Screen – Enter the email address that is registered with your STS Account & press “Send Password”, You will then see a message “Lost Password- Thank you our Password has been sent”

The password will be sent to your email from: no-reply@stsflooring.co.uk. If the email does not arrive in your inbox please check your junk box.

If Password still not received please email webadmin@stsflooring.co.uk for further support.

Sorry No – Please Click on the “Create /Forgotten Password” link and enter the email address registered to your STS Account & you will receive a new password to enter the NEW STS Customer Area. Inspirations – The STS Loyalty Scheme

You need to click through to www.stsloyalty.co.uk and sign in using your loyalty password if registered . This is not the same as the STS Customer area Password. If not registered See “How to I join the STS loyalty scheme”.

Loyalty points are credited to your account the day after the invoice is run and available to redeem once that invoice is paid. View and claim a reward within your points balance and go to checkout.

Once you are registered, you will receive an email confirming your details, simply log on at www.stsloyalty.co.uk to see your points balance and further information about redeeming points and terms and conditions.

Every time you purchase a product within the scheme you will earn 1 point for every £100 spent. We will be having regular offers on selected product ranges where you will be able to earn double or even triple points.

All our own brand products and certain ranges of manufacturers products qualify for loyalty points. Wherever you see the Green & White symbol STS in the Price Guide next to product description orour promotional literature, that product is within the loyalty scheme.

Enter www.stsloyalty.co.uk in the address bar, click ‘Join Today’and follow the instructions. Or email your account number, company name, account contact name and email address to loyalty@stsflooring.co.uk, we’ll do the rest!
